Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, including your name, phone number or email, and profile details. We also store the medical documents you choose to upload, such as prescriptions, lab reports, and discharge summaries, along with any family member profiles you create.
How we use your information
We use your information to organize your uploaded documents, power the AI health assistant with answers based on your own records, and enable secure sharing with doctors you choose. We do not use your health data to train models for other users, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
How your data is stored
Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Only a reference to each file is kept in our database — the file itself is served through short-lived, secure links generated on demand. Access to your account requires authentication, and sensitive actions are logged for security auditing.
Sharing your records
Your records are never visible to anyone unless you explicitly generate a share link or QR code from the Share with Doctor screen. You control what is shared and for how long, and you can revoke access at any time.
Family member data
When you add a family member profile, that person's records are managed under your account. You are responsible for having the appropriate authority to manage health information on their behalf, such as for a minor child or a dependent parent.
Your rights
You may access, update, or delete your account and associated data at any time from your Profile and Settings. You can also request a full export or deletion of your data by contacting our support team.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email before they take effect.
